Car & Van Service Station will collect your vehicle from home or work, normally between 8am and 10am or an agreed time. |

The vehicle is taken to our garage and an inspection is done to ascertain what work is required on your vehicle. |

Before any work is undertaken, we contact you beforehand to notify yourselves of the work needed, including any additional work against the service you have opted for. |

One of our representatives will let you know of the total cost and seek approval form yourselves before any work is undertaken - no work will be carried out without your prior authority. |

Once the work has been completed we will call you to confirm when the vehicle is ready for delivery and take payment over the phone via credit or debit card before the vehicle is returned. |

All work undertaken by Car & Van Service Station carries a 12 Month Parts and Labour Guarantee giving you ‘Peace of Mind’. |

The Car is then delivered back to you, home or work between 4pm and 6pm. |
